海星生物推出的HyCyte®成人骨髓间充质干细胞取自成人骨髓,该细胞通过慢病毒转染的方式携带SV40和hTERT基因,经检测,确保细胞无细菌、真菌、支原体污染,表达多种间充质干细胞特异性表面标记,具有良好的增殖和分化潜能,经定向诱导,可分化为脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、成软骨细胞等。
