小鼠单核巨噬细胞白血病细胞（RAW264.7）培养要点.pdf

此细胞株源自BALB/c小鼠由Abelson鼠科白血病病毒诱导的肿瘤。可产生溶菌酶；sIg-,Ia-，Thy-1.2-。为检测到病毒颗粒的分泌，XC斑点形成试验阴性。该细胞可以胞饮中性红并吞噬乳胶颗粒与酵母聚糖；可以经抗体依赖分裂绵羊红细胞与肿瘤靶细胞；LPS或PPD处理2天可诱导分裂红细胞，但对肿瘤靶细胞无作用。
